Updated track plan of the MV&P

This updated plan shows the expansion of the MV&P, which can be seen at the bottom of the plan image.
The expansion includes a loop which will allow for continuous running of trains between this loop and
another reverse loop on the lower level.
There are still stub-ended yards (not shown on this view) at St. Louis and Newburg.
